Three Waterline Square

Part of the Waterline Square family, 3 Waterline Square is a mixed use residential and retail space with over 200 luxury rental units. The glass facade of this pristine building is the work of the architects at Rafael Viñoly. This building has multiple retail and restaurant spaces, and is right outside the massive Waterline green space that makes this complex so inviting.

3 Waterline Square is a full service building with a full time doorman, concierge, and live-in super. The building has access to the amenities package shared with the other two spaces, and includes a dog run, a pet spa, The Water Line Club featuring a fitness center and basketball court, private event spaces, a tasting kitchen and much, much more. This complex is extremely pet friendly.

Units in 3 Waterline Square are huge and range from studios to four bedroom apartments. Units with three or more bedrooms have at least three bathrooms, and many homes have an additional powder room. Master baths feature large double vanities, medicine cabinets, and oversized soaking tubs and walk-in showers.

Homes here are flooded with natural light due to the floor-to-ceiling windows, which also allow for some breathtaking views. Apartments are lined with white oak flooring and kept comfortable with Thermador climate control. Kitchens come equipped with stainless steel appliances like refrigerators, gas stoves, ovens, and dishwashers. Every unit comes with a washer and a dryer.

3 Waterline Square is the only building in the Waterline Family in which every apartment is a rental. That said, the square does not discriminate, especially when they hired three separate star architects for each building. 3 Waterline Square’s architecture firm was Rafael Viñoly, who is also responsible for 101 Franklin, 375 Pearl Street, and 277 Fifth Avenue.
