The Fairview has a lot of land for residents to enjoy. The area surrounding the complex is very park-like with a lot of seating, and is monitored by security 24/7. There’s parking and storage lockers for an extra fee. They also have a full time doorman, a large laundry room, an outdoor pool, a playground, and a health club that can be joined for an extra fee. Pets are more than welcome to live with you and subletting is allowed.

Units at The Fairview are open and spacious, ranging from studios to three bedroom apartments. Units with three bedrooms have at least two bathrooms, one of which has a large soaking tub. Bathrooms come with a medicine cabinet and storage under the sink.
