Don't miss this opportunity to own an upgraded, single family, lakefront home located on two lots in West Destin! This home has been well-cared for as evidenced by its great condition. Improvements include new kitchen cabinets with soft close drawer slides, granite counter tops, stainless sink and faucet, stainless refrigerator, stainless range, and stainless microwave. The large living area has lots of windows for natural light and a cozy fireplace. The sliding glass doors were replaced with wind rated French doors. There is an awesome screened-in porch that allows access to the peaceful backyard with pool. The two car garage has a full bathroom with shower convenient for pool-time. Seller kept the pool sparkling and beautiful for a time but without someone living there to keep the wildlife out, he has stopped maintaining it.  There may be a snapping turtle still living in there so please beware.
