St., and the M60 provides the only direct public transit option
from Manhattan to LaGuardia Airport. As for major roadways, to the
East are the FDR & Harlem River Drive, and to the West are the
Westside Highway & Henry Hudson Parkway. Having these accessible
transportation options nearby can make getting across, or in/out of
town relatively quick and convenient. For pet owners, the building
does permit Dogs & Cats! In terms of expenses, the apartment
owner pays for gas & electricity, and the Internet. Property taxes
and apartment insurance are usually paid with the mortgage payment
if there is one, or those get paid separately by the apartment
owner. There's also a monthly HOA Fee that covers the Common
