A large part of your daily living will take place on the porch and 460SF deck where you can take in the ocean views. No maintenance here as the deck is built with composite wood that can handle the use. A built-in picnic table and bench at the west end of the deck are next to the stairs leading down to the pool so you can come and go easily from backyard to sun deck. The beach walkover is 60' from the front door and if you're lucky you might see a gopher tortoise or two as you make your way to the soft sand and rolling dunes dotted with the occasional burst of colorful flowers.
