This townhouse is located in a small development in the Wedgefield area of Georgetown. This is an end-unit and is entirely on one level. The entry is private and tucked on the side of the house. Inside is a small foyer that opens to the great room, which serves as a living and dining space. The great room has a vaulted tray ceiling, hardwood floors, a fireplace, two large windows, and French doors that open to a sunroom. An efficient kitchen with stainless steel appliances and ceramic tile is next to the dining space. Off the great room is a hall with 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms share a hall bath. The primary suite also has a vaulted tray ceiling in the bedroom, along with French doors that open to the sunroom.
