About This Property
Introducing 454 Beverly Road. Tucked away in Ansley's quietest spot
you'll find this stunning custom-built mountain modern home.
Concept and drawing by DNK and construction by CleverHouse, this
beautiful 3-level home is in the heart of Ansley Park but is truly
off the beaten path - accessed by a private drive off the
cul-de-sac at the quiet end of Beverly Road.

Carefully designed with comfortable living and entertaining in mind, the project is deeply rooted in the site's natural surroundings. The home has various geometries layered into it and offers a variety of accommodation solutions. The intention is for it to be a respite from the pace of the city - a place for its owners to reconnect with nature while providing easy access to some of the city's most prized amenities.
In designing the residence, the site's topography was both a challenge and an opportunity. It was by no means simple to manage a construction site so far from the street. Further, upon commencement of construction, it was discovered that the home site was comprised largely of stone bedrock. This presented additional construction requirements but yielded the most solid foundation and plenty of boulders for use when landscaping. Building upon the motif of a mountain home in the city, it was decided to drill a well to take advantage of the fresh clean water source from the veining in the rock layering deep below the water table. This private water supply eliminates the hazards and inconsistencies (and the costs) of municipal water and is supported by simple, yet state-of-the-art technology.
It was these very challenges that energized the design/build team to craft a home that takes full advantage of and constantly engages with the site.
Features: Generous indoor spaces and understated custom-made finishes • Elevator ready • Great light and views • An easy entertaining flow to multiple outdoor living areas including a large main-level screened porch, and multiple private courtyards and balconies • Solid cypress siding • Fieldstone with Germain smear mortaring • Floating open riser staircase and atrium stairwell • Solid oak flooring and custom cabinetry throughout • Circa & Kohler fixtures • Huge living room with wet bar and wood-burning fireplace • Large private screened porch off the main living area • Covered parking for 4 cars (2 garage, 2 carport) • 3-Car motor court at kitchen level for guests • Beautiful primary suite with vaulted ceiling and treetop views, primary bath with wet room & double walk-in closets • A stunning upper-level loggia extension of the primary suite offers year-round views of the Midtown skyline + seasonal golf course & Buckhead views • Chef's kitchen with Wolf and SubZero, a beautiful island and pass-through • Large dining room with floating banquette • Private study on the main • 3 large secondary bedroom suites • Large laundry on the upper level • Terrace level suite/flex space with 10' ceilings & double doors to private courtyard • Additional space for wine room or exercise space • Oversized garage with storage room & potting shed •
All this is just steps from McClatchey Park, the Ansley Country Club, and the Eastside Beltline Trail. This home is truly a work of art and will not disappoint!
