Welcome to 425 First Parish Road in the historic coastal town of Scituate, Massachusetts.  This bright and beautiful multilevel home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, with plenty of natural light.  This very desirable home is situated on almost one (.91) acre of land, which is set back from the street.  A gently sloping front yard and level back yard, all well landscaped with established vegetable garden and storage shed.  Other highlights include a large (27'x15'), open, family room in the lower level, with wet bar, recessed lighting and sliders to the 3-season patio and backyard beyond.  Many newer updates including: new roof (2012), new boiler (2012/gas), new hot water heater (owned) and wood burning stove insert into living room fireplace.  There's also an over-sized 2-car detached garage with pull-down access to the storage area above.  A big plus, home is also on town sewer.
