You will not miss a basement. A short drive to the beach and downtown St. Augustine and a few minutes to the interstate. We purchased this floor plan because we love to entertain family. We have had over thirty family members over for parties and we found that a group could be in the front sitting room, another group might be watching golf in the family room, yet another group would be in the upstairs loft entertainment room watching football on the big screen TV and still another group on the covered lanai enjoying the outside air. The neighborhood is very friendly and they hold block parties to get together several times a year. The association also holds decorating contest for the holidays. Grand Cay is a very family friendly neighborhood. The wife and I enjoy boating and St Augustine is a wonderful place to boat with the inlet and fort to the north and Matanzas inlet to the south.
