35 Hudson Yards

The tallest building in the new neighborhood of Hudson Yards, 35 Hudson Yards is 92 stories of luxury. Designed by architect David M. Childs, the same designer for One World Trade Center and the Time Warner Building, the structure is inspired by the sails of a ship that gracefully curve in the wind. But this tower doesn’t just look beautiful, it's also practical, providing an ample amount of amenities to residents.

Not only does the building have a full time doorman and concierge, but they also have a live-in super. Other amenities include a bar, a lounge with a billiard table, a virtual golf simulator, a private dining room, a library, a screening room, and a childrens playroom. Residents also have the option of discounted memberships to Equinox and SoulCycle. Valet parking is available for an additional fee and pets are more than welcome to live here.

Units in 35 Hudson Yards are big and bright, and range from two bedroom to five bedroom apartments. Every unit has a full bathroom per bedroom, and every unit also comes with a powder room. Masterbaths come fitted with large, freestanding tubs, walk-in showers, and Iceberg Quartzite flooring.

Living spaces receive plenty of natural light via the floor-to-ceiling windows. Kitchens are built as separate rooms, some opening up to breakfast rooms, and feature Gaggenau appliances like refrigerators, dishwashers, gas stoves, and ovens. Units above the 53rd floor range from 1,500 to 10,000 square feet. Some units have access to outdoor space, like balconies and terraces.

The entirety of 35 Hudson Yards is a work of art, but the vestibule for the elevators is no exception. Swedish artist, Helena Hernmarck, who is known for her beautiful tapestries in several institutions like the Minneapolis Institute of Art and the Federal Reserve, has created a piece called Flowers specifically for 35 Hudson Yards.
