Great location.  You can put a single family home here but it is R1-2.  Build a rental and live in one and bring some extra income in.  Close to shopping, the golf club house, hair salon, dentist, health club, restaurants and the new school. There is a fairway behind the lot. The houses you see are on the other side of the fairway.  This is on the sewer instead of a septic.  Yes, you can still get approval for a structure but it is on a available status.  Each application will be checked for approval.  When you purchase I would suggest writing all offers subject to the water company approving the application for sewer hook up if your intention is to build right away.  You would not close on the lot until you have submitted plans to the water company for approval which you will need to state a start date. If approval received then you could close on the lot.  If your plan to build later but pick up a lot at a good price then this is a great lot. With the new school being built it tied up a lot of the sewage capacity. The water company has indicated they will expand but I have not heard a date mentioned.
