This house bio was written by the owners, which is different. We did so because of the great feedback we have gotten from our showings in the hopes of finding the right fit for what we think is a really unique home. For one, if you are moving to this area you must know storms are a part of our life along with glorious sunsets and amazing, cresting waves on our beach. Our home weathered the last two bad ones without a hiccup, not perfect but she kept us dry and safe; wherever you buy, make that a priority. Most importantly she is barely used, all three owners including us were career couples with no children

who lived projects all over the place. I estimate the house has actually only been lived in 40% of its 11 years. However, we kept it professionally maintained at all times after the refurb we did. It is a new home by all accounts. We did give it a modern flare with our furnishings and art but the kitchen, bathrooms (which are in great condition) etc. were kept traditional and a few paint choices will make it yours. The tiling is pristine and for larger families the laundry room and garage work will make a big difference here at the beach. So, on some folks not-wish list, our Master is upstairs the backyard is well kept but not huge, sorry. As for location you could not do better; 7 minute walk to beachside or Caps for drinks. Away from the noise that a1a and tourists bring. In fact, it's eerily quiet at night. Why are we leaving? We would rather not but we have a home abroad and RTP looks like a landing spot for now, until the next call. Please come see our home and consider all it can do for your lifestyle. We are doing a final reduction to $510,000. If this doesn't work, we will consider renting (furnished option) for the right situation in the future.
