This is one of the few remaining little ones on this beautiful street. Big value in the land. Great location, not a through street. Schools Oakton Elem, Thoreau MS, Oakton HS. Oakton shopping close by. Has public water, central HVAC new compressor 2022 and water heater, oil fuel for heat, septic exists. Roof 20 years old, no leaks. Gas available but not connected. Lines to septic and gas are close, on the street.

Septic has problems. Tank has been recently inspected and flushed, drain line from tank to distribution box has collapsed. (We have quote $2K to repair it. If you walk the property you will see revealed dug up spots where inspection/pump out was done. ) The last county inspection done 2020.

Trying to get a plat to share. Will also post the septic paperwork ASAP. Please include AS IS addendum.  Fast closing with rentback until Dec 15th would be appreciated, if possible. These sellers need TIME.
