There are no assessments due.  The marina is undergoing storm repairs and is expected to be ready before summer.  The Pass is a low density building with a covered entry and 2 elevators.  Amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness room with a view of the Marina.  Covered parking with some deeded spots.
