Nestled in a quiet Minooka neighborhood, this 4-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom family home has been in the same family since it was first constructed in 1952.  An addition was later added to the home in 1967. As you enter, you're greeted by a spacious family room that leads to the kitchen. The kitchen offers built in cabinets, extra counter space to enjoy meals at and backyard views. Flowing seamlessly from the kitchen is a charming and spacious dining room, with additional built-ins, ideal for hosting gatherings. The cozy living room, with its classic fireplace, exudes warmth and invites relaxation. Two main-floor bedrooms offer flexibility, accompanied by a convenient full bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find a half bathroom and two more generously sized bedrooms. The partially finished basement extends your living space, providing room for a home office, entertainment area, or gym, along with ample storage. A 2-car detached garage adds convenience and extra storage. Rich in history and family memories, this Minooka gem is ready for a new chapter. Please note that this home does need some work and TLC.
