This delightful waterfront cottage overlooks North River Lake, a spring-fed lake that is ideal for swimming, paddling, fishing and boating. The property offers one of the best locations on the lake, with a private tree-shaded shore and lawn. The cottage has a deck and a sliding-glass/screened-in porch, both with spectacular views of the lake. Inside, the rooms have custom wood walls and the large living room has a lovely fireplace. One of the three bedrooms is on the first floor and two are upstairs, where attic insulation keeps them cool in the summer. The kitchen has a gas stove, refrigerator and several cupboards.
