A generous bedroom is just off the entry with the second bedroom and full bath a few more feet down the short hallway. All the living takes place at the back of the house where living, dining and a beautiful kitchen converge under a vaulted ceiling. Skylights add to the natural light streaming in from the screened porch and your view of the backyard and the county greenspace is simply wonderful. Roomy enough for two (or more!), the kitchen has an abundance of white cabinetry which is crisply accented by a tumbled travertine backsplash and the rich earth tones of the granite counters. A stepped up breakfast bar is perfect for guests to gather and consult on your cooking. A built-in banquette under the windows adds more storage and seating and would easily accommodate a table if desired. The dining area can handle a large group of family and friends for a meal although chances are good people will also want to spill out to the screened porch and outdoors. Winter nights will welcome the fireplace but that firepit out back will enjoy year-round use. Off the living room, an en-suite master makes for a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. A Cape Cod vaulted ceiling makes the room feel even larger. Dual sinks means no sharing required and the walk-in shower is tiled floor to ceiling with cream diamond pattern. A door in the sitting alcove opens to a wooden deck leading to the hot tub screened with lattice and scented with jasmine. End the day right here and relax.
