For the Buyer who wants privacy, peace and quiet, this 3.56 acre parcel may be the perfect spot for your next home. A 60' wide Right of Way over the adjacent lot gives access for a driveway and utilities avoiding a wetland crossing. Follow the flagged path to the homesite which is a natural knoll in the topography about 280 feet off the road.  A painted nail in a tree is the one shown as marked with an arrow on the proposed septic design for reference and orientation. Soil test sites are also flagged. Septic design for a 4 bedroom home is drawn but still needs to be approved by the Board of Health. Sandy soil, 3 minute perc tests in both holes with estimated seasonal ground water at 60".  See documents for soil test report. 2.16 acres of dry upland. Needs clearing but totally worth the work for an ultimate wooded hideaway.
