A spacious floor plan is what you will find in this home!  Walk into the large, bright kitchen with propane cook stove, updated cabinets and flooring.  Off of the kitchen is the dining room, living room and the play room, all with wide pine floors. The play room (or office/ home school room) has a beautiful antique tin ceiling.  3 of the bedrooms can be found on the second floor  next to the 1/2 bath / laundry room on the main side of the home.   There is a 2 bedroom in-law / au-pair space just off of the common mud room.  The house has a 3 season screen porch and large deck over looking a brick patio and firepit.  This home has it's own well for outside watering of the many perennials.  There is an arbor with concord grapes too.  You can find walking trails just down the street and state parks close by as well!  Also of note: 2 Pellet stoves will be removed.  2 new furnaces and a water heater will be installed prior to closing.
