The Lynmar is a gourmet host's dream home. It all begins with a foyer that leads right to the dining room and on to the courtyard with an optional outdoor dining area. Speaking of...the kitchen is open to the dining room and has a nice, compact work triangle, considerable walk-in pantry, and an awesome kitchen island that seats six. After dining, there's plenty of room to relax by the fire in the family room or taking in the stars in the courtyard. There are two main-floor bedroom suites, one the owner's with sumptuous appointments. Two bedroom suites are upstairs as well as a gameroom and exercise room -- to work off all that good food! Or, if you don't feel like exercising, you could select another bedroom suite or media room instead.
