Furnished and with lots of parking and a perfectly located second-floor unit with great ocean views.  It's just a fun place to be as an oceanfront complex on the more quiet south end of Garden City Beach, South Carolina.  The pool is dreamy big and heavily landscaped.  Cook out on the grills provided and if you want an award-winning savory treat, just walk across the street to the Gulf Stream Cafe.  Wash your sandy and "coppertoned" clothes in the private laundry facility.  And that beach out front is phenomenal with great dunes that have been there a very long time.  As they say, "This is a good part of the beach".  This is also the only one for sale, so you better make a run for it.  Seldom do these come on the market and that says a lot!
