Yard is fully fenced and landscaped with lots of tropical flowering shrubs.

Home has been well maintained. All appliances were replaced in 2014. New catchment liner and cover in 2019.  Around 2013 the water pump, electric panels, and GFI switches were replaced and a new solar attic fan and smoke alarms were installed.

Home was tent fumigated in March 2020 and is still under warranty.
