Just a stone’s throw from Prospect Park, this complex is in an ideal location, especially when you consider how close it is to the F and G trains. Caton Towers is a full service building, with a full time doorman, super, and concierge to take care of your needs. For an additional fee you can also use the community room for events, access a room for bike and locker storage, and the parking garage. There’s also a large laundry room. Residents can have a cat, but no dogs. Sublets are allowed once a resident has lived in the building for two years.

Caton Towers has a wide variety of apartments ranging from studios to three bedroom homes. Units with three bedrooms have at least two bathrooms which come equipped with a large soaking tub, large medicine cabinets and plenty of storage under the sink.

The rest of the living space is large and offers a lot of privacy, with plenty of spaces for people to be together or alone. Many units offer office/dining room space. They also feature oversized windows, central heating and air conditioning, and select units even have balconies.
