Over the years, one of the most popular weekly vacation rental homes on Captiva has had an exceptional rating by VRBO guests.  2027 advance rentals are already booked well into the summer months.  This classic Captiva cottage-style home is totally updated with new LVP flooring, two new baths, a new quartz kitchen with new S/S appliances, and a separate laundry room.  The home is well furnished for guest comfort, with 3 TVs, a living room audio system with Bose speakers, and speakers on the pool deck. The French doors from the living room and full-length screened lanai lead to the 2024 resurfaced 26 x 13 electric heated pool.
