Greenwich West

Inspired by 20th century French Industrial design, Greenwich West is an accomplished 30 story condo full of comfort and scenery. With a great location right next to SoHo, Tribeca and the West Village, as well as amazing views of the Hudson River, residents here couldn’t ask for much more. However, they are given more, anyway, via the phenomenal amenities here.

The entire rooftop of Greenwich West is an amenity garden that features green space, lounges, and outdoor seating. They also have private dining areas with breathtaking views up here. On lower levels, lounges come with a fireplace for a more intimate setting, The fitness center features a separate yoga studio, and there’s a spa that will make you feel amazing. Pets are allowed to live this luxurious life with you.

Units in 110 Charlton Street are spacious and flooded with natural light. They range from studios to three bedroom apartments, and there is at least one bathroom per bedroom. Most apartments also have a powder room. Master baths feature Carrara marble and either walk-in-showers or large soaking tubs.

The rest of the living spaces are very open and feature central heating and air as well as oversized windows. Kitchens come outfitted with Miele appliances like refrigerators, gas stoves, dishwashers, and ovens. Many units even come with wine fridges and speed ovens. Outdoor spaces, like terraces, are featured in many apartments, especially those on the higher floors.

Greenwich West was built with a nearly entire international team. The head architects are Loci Anima, a Parisian firm. Another Parisian firm, Sebastien Segers, designed the interiors. The facade of the building is intricate brickwork by a Belgian company, Wienerberger. Not only is the design international, but the press is as well. The building has been reviewed by UBM Magazine, a German publication.
