Encompassing 133 acres, this multi-use property is a rare opportunity to own large acreage on the Ogeechee River.  There are 73 acres of Loblolly pine plantation on the front of the property with the remainder being a mixture of beautiful hardwoods & pine leading back to 1400 feet of river frontage.    On top of being a great timber investment, this property would be ideal for those looking for a hunting and recreational retreat.  Enjoy fishing on the Ogeechee River or hunting wildlife such as deer, duck, turkey, and more.  The planted pines make great bedding & fawning areas for deer and the hardwood bottoms and drains provide excellent natural bedding areas for deer, and roosting spots for turkeys.    Located in the highly sought after Southeast Bulloch school district, just 15 minutes from downtown Brooklet and 25 minutes from Statesboro.  The property is just minutes from I-16 and only 25 minutes from Pooler and 45 minutes from Savannah, GA.
