Just 15 minutes from the Red Feather Lakes community and all that it has to offer, this 47+ acre piece will give you the privacy, serenity and security that so many are looking for today.  At 7200' in elevation, this beautiful property is a combination of pines, aspens, prairie grasses and seasonal spring/water flows.  Bordering state lands on 2 sides, this parcel plays even bigger than it might appear, and gives you a diversity of building sites for a cabin or home.  Choose from a cool summer location on the north facing slope in the trees, a ridgetop spot on the rocks, or an open plains location on one of the drainages that run through the property. That will be one of the tougher decisions you'll have. We can imagine you sitting on your deck watching deer, elk, moose, bear and many other animals entertaining you daily. See the hawks and eagles circling overhead and the chipmunks dashing in and out of the rocks. With no HOAs, you can do pretty much what you like with Larimer County approval, as this is zoned as Open, so build the house or cabin of your dreams.  A well permit has been issued.
