PRICE REDUCTION ! Are you looking for an affordable location for your new home? Partly wooded .57 acre building lot (LOT #372), with a recent satisfactory probe and perk test results for a sand mound septic system. The building site is mostly clear and the property is located on a paved township maintained road. No Builder Tie.

What we have here offered for sale are 3 separate really nice side by side half acre lots offered as a package. There are 3 deeds so yes they can be separated. They are numbers 349, 350 and 351 along Black Oak Trail a Township maintained black top road. Lot 349 has been perked for a standard in ground trench system and the owner has a design completed. The other 2 have not been perked and there is no well but there is enough isolation distance to drill one per the township. Seller had planned to build a home and have a nice big lot but things changed and they now live in New York so the next owner can take advantage of his efforts. Nice large trees scattered on the land with plenty of open space, small stream in the middle and fairly level too. The road frontage is great with sight distance both ways. Lots 349 and 350 have recent surveys which are included in associated docs. Think about, large almost an acre and a half or under $60,000, it is time to jump on this opportunity for sure.
