We stage our homes with our own staging materials prior to placing them on the market and use the Matterport 3D camera on All listings. My law background is an added bonus for my clientele inasmuch as I am proficient in the contract process. Certifications include Luxury (CLHMS), Probate, SRES , ABR, SRS, and Green to name a few.
