About Yianni Konstantopoulos

Yianni embarked on his journey real estate after a long and successful career global digital where he worked with some of the worlds most prominent brands. Most recently, he served as the Group Managing Director of social@Ogilvy and was based in Sydney, Australia where he managed a staff of 16 people working across advertising, digital , and communications disciplines. Under his leadership, the social@ogilvy team was able to double revenues, reduce costs, and win several prestigious awards across Asia-Pacific. Prior to Ogilvy, Yianni served as Vice President of Strategy and New Business Development at Blue State Digital, a WPP subsidiary most well known being the driving force behind President Barack Obamas two groundbreaking Presidential campaigns. Earlier in his career, Yianni worked within the Corporate Executive Boards Corporate Strategy Practice and at the World Bank. During his 15 years as a C-suite executive, Yianni has counseled hundreds of senior executives at Fortune 500 organizations, lead teams that have accounted for over $250 million in new revenue, negotiated or mediated multi-million dollar service contracts, and spoken at countless conferences and events, all skills that he continues to utilize every day on behalf of his clients. His passion for real estate began at a young age as he can vividly recall spending summer days working hand in hand with his father and brother, who are both still real estate the area. Having grown up in the Washington Metropolitan Area across the past 30 years, Yianni possesses a deep knowledge of the citys many neighborhoods and offers his clients a truly locals perspective. He maintains an real estate portfolio that includes rental units in Adam Morgan, U Street, and Columbia Heights, and is always excited to meet new people who share his energy the dynamic Washington, D.C. market. Yianni works closely with clients across the real estate spectrum, from first-time buyers looking to find and settle in their perfect home to multi-unit looking to re-envision DCs vibrant neighborhoods to institutional investors looking to maximize capital. Yianni is a graduate of the George Washington University. When not busy working with clients, he can be found outside hiking through Rock Creek Park, coaching the FC Spartan Glory soccer club, or just playing with the family dog. Yianni believes it is critical real estate agents to know and love the neighborhoods which they work, and proudly lives The Kentlands with his wife Lisa and their two young children.
