About VIRGINIA MIRANDA

At an early age of twelve, my ambition for the sales business began. As a child I sold various wares such as candies, snacks and even school supplies. At a later age I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Adamson University in Manila, Philippines but chose to pursue my Real Estate career in my advance year. Selling being my passion led me to create Versant Realty in 1990 which was engaged in buying and selling residential houses.I have been an active figure in the real estate community and once became the leader of the Real Estate Brokers Assn of the Philippines, LAMP Chapter. In 2004, I moved to California, USA and continued my real estate career. I work in every aspect of the industry and to this day represents buyers and sellers of residential properties.In every real estate transaction, I epitomize the values of sincerity, integrity, energy, hard work, and creative service.
