About Vikrant Patel

Vikrant Patel is an entrepreneur, a property expert, and the founder of the Vikrant Patel Team, a full-service real estate group working with luxury buyers, sellers, renters, domestic and international investors, and developers in Manhattan and parts of Brooklyn and Queens. With over a decade of industry experience, Vikrant specializes in luxury rentals throughout the city and has surpassed $20M in sales since 2012. He is exceptionally responsive and available for his clients 24/7 over any form of communication, and his extensive network and market knowledge bring stability and calm throughout the buying and selling process. Vikrant got his start in real estate during college, working as a part-time rental specialist for a boutique firm while completing degrees in Finance and Accounting. He became a full-time agent after he graduated and eventually began managing his own team. In addition to his expertise in sales and new development properties, he has done over 375 rental deals across 2021 and 2022. That most of his rental clients look to him for guidance when buying and investing speaks to the quality of his service. He is an excellent negotiator and, as an investor with properties in New York City, Long Island, and Mumbai and Gujarat in India, he is well-versed in advising investors and homeowners on how to maximize their return through selling or renting. Vikrant moved to the United States when he was thirteen years old and was raised in Suffolk County, Long Island. He played cricket as a child and was the first-string safety and defensive corner for his high school football team. He enjoys playing and watching sports to this day and is a member of several cricket leagues in Queens. He loves traveling and exploring different restaurants and cuisines, and he is the co-owner of a Mexico-based Mezcal company called Tres Chicon. He lives in Downtown Manhattan and is fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
