Trey was raised in Central Mississippi before receiving a marketing degree from Mississippi State University in 1994. He moved to the Pensacola area soon after graduating. Trey lives in Gulf Breeze, Florida with his amazing wife, Christy Smith Manderson, and his four beautiful children - Claudia(23), Nicole(20), Carter(11), and Davis(9). Trey has enjoyed a 23 plus year career selling residential real estate in the Greater Pensacola area. The first 18 years of Trey�EUR(TM)s career were spent as a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker on Pensacola Beach, and he activated his broker�EUR(TM)s license and opened his own real estate company in 2016. Manderson Realty Group is a small family-owned business. Trey specializes in the sale of waterfront and resort properties in Gulf Breeze and on Pensacola Beach. He is one of the top producing Realtors in the Greater Pensacola area and has won numerous production and customer service awards. Trey has also earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, the Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, the E-Pro Internet Marketing (E-PRO) designation,and has completed the Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) curriculum.
