Tracy moved to the Oro Valley Area in 1994 from Hawaii. She fell in love with the desert, and decided to make Oro Valley AZ her home . She has lived in the Oro Valley area and Foothills for the past twenty-five years. This makes Tracy a specialist in the Northwest and Foothills communities. Before Tracy started in her Real estate profession, she owned and operated her own Interior design company for sixteen years. She also specialized in unique one of a kind wall finishes. When the market turned in 2008, Tracy decided to take her painting business off on its own. For the past several years Tracy remodeled properties, and created beautiful walls and windows for the new homeowner.
