Toni has done accounting for real estate partnerships, personally bought, sold and rented properties in Manhattan and on Long Island's East End, plus handled interior design and staging - all giving a distinct advantage to every client she serves. A former auditor of residential and commercial properties, Toni has a clear understanding of the financials of a building. This enables her to show buyers and sellers the entire story about a property through not just the amenities, but as importantly, the numbers. With her experience in property staging, Toni has also successfully taken properties that languished on the market and made them attractive to get bids, and get sold! She additionally served as a member and the treasurer of her co-op board, giving her an insider's perspective and great understanding of co-op psychology. Besides knowing the Manhattan and East End markets, having being part of both communities for two decades, Toni believes very strongly that you must also understand your client's perspective. Originally from Scarsdale, NY, she holds a BBA in Accounting and has lived on the Upper East Side of Manhattan since 1989.
