About Timothy Smith

Timothy Smith is a native of the Bucks/Montgomery County Area. After graduating from Upper Moreland High School, Tim attended Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA, where he completed a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. Shortly after graduating from Wentworth he went to work as a Superintendent managing large scale commercial construction projects which inspired his passion for real estate. This passion coupled with his construction knowledge, negotiation skills, and tireless work ethic has allowed Tim to provide exceptional insight while serving his Bucks and Montgomery County clients in the home buying/selling process. When not helping Bucks and Montgomery County home buyers/sellers, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife and 5 children.
