About Tim Whittemore

Tim, originally from upstate New York, moved to Fort Walton Beach in 2012 from a military assignment with the Air Force. Tim's accomplished 14-year career ended in 2016 where he then started servicing the local community as a Real Estate Professional. Values such as integrity, service, and resilience are just a few items that he has brought with him into his real estate business. Consequently, these attributes led him to receive the title of 'Rookie of the Year' from his brokerage in his first year in the business. Tim currently is the owner and operator of the 'Tim Whittemore Group' real estate team. There he continues to lead agent specialist and administrators, implement and direct training programs, and innovate and improve processes to foster the best client experience. Tim, while direct and decisive in real estate, enjoys his off time too. He enjoys reading, playing golf, physical fitness training, visiting the beach, and plays a variety of instruments from the piano to cello. Traveling is at the top of his ambitions. While in the military Tim has visited areas from the Artic Circle to the South Pole and was fortunate enough to circle the globe in its entirety. He still believes there is more in the world to see and is always ready for the next adventure. Honesty and Trust are at the forefront of what Tim identifies himself with.
