Tiffany is a born and raised Odessan. Her real estate journey began at a small litigation law firm where she worked as a legal secretary dealing with unpaid property taxes and mineral rights. She then ventured into the world of property management where she managed a 240 unit portfolio in multi-family housing for the next 7 years. A change was needed so she began working for the largest home builder in Midland/Odessa as the sales team manager which lead to her getting her real estate license in 2018. Tiffany has sold over $40,000,000 in real estate and achieved multi-million dollar producer in her first and second year of real estate. She believes in the lost art of customer service and puts her client's wants/needs above her own.
