Some of those projects include large corporate headquarters in Westchester to historic landmarks like the Croton Reservoir Gatehouse at the Croton Dam. From this experience, Thomas decided to become a Commercial Realtor representing both investment and commercial properties for sale and lease. In his 32 years of practice, Thomas has sold and leased more than 750 units. His Commercial expertise ranges from multi-unit properties to industrial buildings, office buildings and the leasing of commercial space. I've been married to my wife, Theresa, for 42 years. We raised 3 wonderful daughters in the Westchester and Putnam area. Sabrina graduated from Fordham University and works locally. Sarina graduated from The University of Tampa with a degree in Marine Biology and Chemistry, and works for the Westchester County Board of Health. My youngest, Salina graduated from St Rose University, and continued on to get her Master's and Doctorate degrees from Marywood University. She is now a State psychologist.My spare time is devoted to volunteering for Friends of Karen, an organization that serves families of children with a life threatening illness. Golf and traveling with my family are my favorite past times.My newest passion is spending time with my 3 grandchildren.
