Meet Trish Shelly, of Scottsdale Arizona, an experienced business owner with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry. Skilled in Customer Service, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Leadership. Trish, is a California transplant who moved to Arizona with her family in 1979. She has since navigated 2 children through the school system, served on several administrative committee and chaired numerous extra-curricular organizations. Trish commands a vast knowledge of the local residential and commercial surroundings, neighborhoods, schools, social scenes and senior living facilities. Working as a senior loan officer for 13 years while holding an active real estate license has given Trish a solid foundation in the residential mortgage process. She prides herself on being a giving person who enjoys the human element of real estate. Trish understands what its like to be in her clients shoes. Having purchased and sold her own homes in Arizona, she is sensitive to her clients needs and empathetic to their concerns. Trish earned her accounting degree from the University of Maryland overseas campus in Frankfurt, Germany while accompanying her husband, Brian, in the US Air Force. This tour whetted her appetite for travel and she has since traveled to many places across the globe including Asia, Australia/New Zealand, Europe and the Middle East.
