About Teresa Schwark-Everist

In early 1990 I became a real estate agent, after a successful career owning a hotel/restaurant. My previous life (before real estate), included, accounts payable supervisor for Vanguard Insurance Co. I owned a Jewelry business in CA, worked in the restaurant business for 18 years, as a waitress, bartender, manager, and owner. I truly understand the moving experience, having lived in 7 different states and attending 17 different schools in 14 years. The excitement of the new journey and the anxiety leaving everything you know behind. Most of my free time is with family and friends. I love to cook, entertain, read, gardening in my backyard oasis and travel. I have 3 grown children , and 9 beautiful grandson and a very spoiled cat.
