Tara has always been very enterprising, and proactive in creating opportunities. Born and raised in Vancouver, Canada, she bought a coffee shop business in Seattle at the age of 21, learning the arts of customer service, business operations, and negotiations. Always interested in real estate, Tara got her sales license in Washington State and later moved to California to explore the market there. She worked part-time in brokerage, plus gained experience in property management, rounding out her skills and knowledge. Tara bought her first home at age 30 and has continued to own properties. She loves the challenge of finding a home for a client, especially opportunities. Tara is not afraid to knock on doors and make things happen; in fact, she thrives on it! Doing what others dont want to do motivates her, and is the key to her success. Her strength truly is making connections, between wonderful people and properties. Highly knowledgeable of the local area, she specializes in sales and high-end rentals throughout Coastal Orange County, particularly in Newport Beach. When not busy selling real estate, Tara adores spending time at the beach and being near water. She also enjoys hiking, traveling, and pretty much anything outdoors.
