Suzanne Feese

Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at PalmerHouse Properties [email protected]
Barb Rowland and Suzanne Feese are based out of the the PalmerHouse Decatur (GA) and St. Petersburg (FL) offices. We work as a two-person team on all transactions to maximize service and value for all of our clients. Barb has been a full time realtor for nearly two decades, and Suzanne began her real estate career in 2016, after 20+ years as a corporate tax lawyer. We launched our small but hardworking team of two at Palmerhouse Properties office in Downtown Decatur on January 1, 2016. Most recently, we were very excited to expand to St. Petersburg, FL, opening the first Palmerhouse Properties office there effective January 1, 2019, while maintaining our Atlanta/Decatur business full time as well (divide and conquer!) In our four years together at Palmerhouse Properties, we have closed more than $65 million in sales volume and 175 transactions all over the Metro Atlanta area, coastal Georgia and now St. Pete! Very diverse experience -- investors, first time home buyers, experienced sellers and buyers, 1031 exchanges, single family homes, condos/townhouses, multifamily, rentals, new construction, commercial. We have seen and done it all! We have also received Top Producer Awards from Palmerhouse Properties for being in the top 5 agents or teams each year of our joint business (2016-2018). We each are Life Pinnacle Award recipients from the DeKalb Association of Realtors. We tied as the #19 realtors by the DeKalb Association of Realtors in 2017. Suzanne was named the Top New Realtor for 2016 by the DeKalb Association of Realtors, as the new agent who closed the most transactions in 2016 (66). Barb joined PalmerHouse Properties in 2011, when she founded Common Ground Real Estate and built the team and sales to be the #4 team at DeKalb Association of Realtors in 2013. She sold CGRE in 2015, and she and Suzanne started their team shortly thereafter, and then expanded to St. Petersburg area in late 2018. Barb's experience in the real estate industry spans several decades. She was originally licensed in South Carolina at age 18. Growing up, Barb's family owned a real estate firm in Miami Shores, FL. Barb had a successful 20 year career in the railroad industry, where she was involved in sales, marketing and new business development. Barb understands the challenge of change during her time in the railroad business, as she experienced 11 personal moves and transfers. Following her railroad career, Barb began her full-time real estate career in 2000. Today, Barb is a decorated business owner and real estate professional. She has been twice nominated at the "Business Woman of the Year" by the Atlanta Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce, and was voted "Best Real Estate Agent 2011" by readers of the Georgia Voice Newspaper. Suzanne graduated as Valedictorian from Agnes Scott College (Decatur) in 1984 with a B.A. degree, double majoring in Astrophysics and Economics. She then earned her law degree (J.D.) from Yale Law School in 1987. Following a one-year judicial clerkship with Hon. R. Lanier Adnerson III on the U.S. Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit. She joined King & Spalding law firm in Altanta. She worked as an associate and equity partner with K & S for more than two decades, specializing in tax (both transactional and litigation). At K & S, she chaired the tax group for a number of years, and also served as the hiring partner for the Atlanta Office. Suzanne was selected as one of the "Outstanding Young People of Atlanta" in 1999 and was in Leadership Atlanta Class of 2002.
