In this Market, you need a quick responsive agent working for you the entire time! Many Agents sell real estate part time, some sell full time- I am more than a full-time agent. I work early mornings, evenings and weekends, whenever is convenient for my customers. I love what I do, so quite often it really does not feel like work! My philosophy about real estate is that I am here to help my customers whether they are buyers or sellers complete a transaction with a minimum of fuss and headache.Buying and selling homes are emotional experiences, and I do not believe it is in the best interest of either party to make the other to feel beat up. Some real estate agents feel that their job is to intimidate me and/or my customers, some seem to thrive on unnecessary confrontation. I believe this is counterproductive to the basic desires of both parties to sell, or to buy. I have been told that one of my strongest traits is the ability to negotiate difficult transactions back to a happy and productive outcome! That said, I am an advocate for my customers and will not hesitate to ask for what is best for my customer. My job is to obtain the best price, terms, and conditions for MY customer. I do not worry about the other parties' preferences or feelings. Tact is EVERYTHING in this business & I use my psychology degree to good measure to negotiate these transactions with ease.I am busy enough to be happy and successful, yet not so busy that I cannot take a personal interest in every one of my customers.
