I stepped through the front door to a breathtaking, open look of the living room; and beyond, triple glass pocket doors, open to the garden lanai. Instantly, I knew this was to be our new home! For a total of over 30 years, I have been fortunate to call Pinellas County my home. Later I really did become a city girl when I moved East to the Washington, D.C. area and worked in various government positions at the FBI, Interstate Commerce Commission and on a White House Cabinet Committee. Eventually life took me on thru Wisconsin, Florida, Illinois and finally landing back in Pinellas County in 2008. My husband, Tom, and I are blessed to have three sons and their families all within an hours drive of our home.
