Steven M. Paige is a real estate broker and residential developer who has been selling real estate in the Chicago metropolitan area for over twenty-four plus years. Mr. Paige represents both sellers and buyers in the markets for single-family homes, condominiums, lofts, multi-family, new construction, and rehabilitated properties. He has developed an exceptional knowledge of many Chicago communities, including his own neighborhood Sauganash, Edgebrook, Wildwood, Forest Glen, Park Ridge, Sauganash Park, Edison Park, Norwood Park, Bucktown, Wicker Park, Ukrainian Village, East Village, West Town, Noble Square, Humboldt Park, Logan Square, Lincoln Park, Lakeview, and River North to name a few along with many suburbs. During his twenty-four plus years of employment as a broker with RE/MAX PRG, he has received numerous sales awards, including top producer awards from the RE/MAX 100% Club and the RE/MAX Executive Club. Indeed, the Chicago Association of Realtors frequently recognizes him as a top 1% producer. His passion for architecture and customer service led him to the field of real estate, where he has distinguished himself through both his productivity figures as well as his relationships with his clientele. His personal experience building and rehabilitating several homes led Mr. Paige to found the real estate development company CAP Properties and Development, LLC in 2004. This company allows him to indulge his love for architecture and design, while improving residential neighborhoods through the development of new properties.A resident of the Chicago metropolitan area for over thirty years, Mr. Paige has deep roots in the community that extend beyond his commitment to his profession. He purchased a home in the Sauganash neighborhood that was built in 1928 and that was once owned by the stars of the Fibber McGee and Molly radio program. Following an extensive renovation, he lived there along with his three sons and their Golden Retriever Nugget for fifteen years before moving to their new home on Kirkwood Ave with their new Golden Doodle Chewbacca. Mr. Paige coaches football, basketball, and baseball in his own and surrounding neighborhoods, and devotes his free time to volunteering at street festivals, church functions and to a variety of charities, including the Susan G. Komen for the Cure and Children's Memorial Hospital. As a resident and business owner, Mr. Paige proudly belongs to the Sauganash Chamber of Commerce, the Sauganash Community Association and the Sheffield Neighborhood Association. Additionally, he belongs to the Lincoln Park Chamber of Commerce, as well as the Chicago Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. He is a Certified Distressed Property Expert, specializing in residential sales, short sales, foreclosures, and investment properties. Mr. Paige has brokered over one hundred million dollars in real estate sales during his twenty-four plus years in the industry and looks forward to continuing to achieve great results for buyers and sellers for many years to come.
