About Steven Betolatti

I was first licensed as a real estate agent in 1994 in Miami, FL. My wife, Debra also became licensed the same year. When we moved to Georgia in 2010 we decided to both become brokers shortly after. We have built a great relationship with our clients and feel that assisting clients in one of the most important decisions of their lives is a privilege which we dont take lightly. We are with our clients every step of the way and negotiate for each as if it were for ourselves. Our daughter, Victoria, is also on our team and specializes in the areas of Gainesville, Dahlonega, Buford, Suwanee and Cumming. We also service Fulton County, Cobb, Gwinnett, Dekalb and Coweta counties. Prior to real estate, both Debra and I were in the film and stage industry. Our son, Tony, has now made his career as a 3rd generation IATSE technician as well. We are the proud grandparents of three boys and soon to be 3 more! We njoy spending time with the grandkids and kayaking the beautiful Georgia rivers.
