About Steve Soleimani

Steve Soleimani has been involved in commercial and residential real estate in New York City for the past 25 years. He recently built and designed his house in Irvington, NY. After doing so, he decided to join the Eric Bernstein Team at Compass in an effort to collaborate his skills and pipeline his business to the Westchester market. His business will continue in NYC and at the same time help his clients with any Westchester requirements. Mr. Soleimani hails from a successful real estate family in the construction and development space and is known for his market expertise and creative eye for design. He began his real estate career in retail leasing for two major firms, finding locations for prominent retailers and restaurants. In addition, he served as vice president of new development for a development company procuring sites for investors and negotiating and brokering major deals. Steve is as committed to his industry as he is to his clients. Over the years he has advanced his knowledge through numerous course completions in real estate finance, real estate law, construction methods, and materials, construction management, NYC building codes, cost estimating construction blueprint reading, and other real estate-related subjects at the NYU School of Continuing Education. He presently manages a 13 unit building downtown on the Bowery.
