About Stacy Germaniuk

Stacy, B.PE/B.Ed, was raised in British Columbia.� Stacy completed her education earning both degrees at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. After a 10 year teaching career most of which in a youth custody center, �teaching incarcerated youth, she moved to Victoria where she began her real estate career as a sales associate at a world-class golf resort.�She was promoted to Sales Manager and then to Director of International Sales in her 5 years with the project. She oversaw Bear Mountain's� commitment to grow globally by participating in trade-shows in Dubai,London-UK, and Vegas along with sales presentations in Scotland, Madrid and Barcelona. After she got married, she and her husband moved to Scottsdale where she holds her residential real estate license and is now�part of the Sibbach Team.� Her strong communication skills, follow up and connection to her clients and clients' needs have been the reason for her success in sales.
