About Spencer Hal

Spencer was born & raised in Lake Charles, LA & began his Real Estate journey in August of 2018. Spencer has been nominated for�"Rookie of the Year, " achieved capping status each year since beginning Real Estate, finished top 5 producing agent in his company each year, & has expanded his business into 2 states: Louisiana & Texas. In August of 2020 Spencer was faced with tremendous adversity as his hometown was devastated by two hurricanes & a flood the following year. As a result of these disasters, Spencer decided it would be best to expand and chose Dallas, TX as his business hub. August of 2021 Spencer joined eXp Realty, where he & his team are now licensed consultants. In Spencer's spare time he enjoys traveling, exercising, reading books, listening to audio books, shopping, & participating in community out reach programs. We asked Spencer what makes him tick?
